Several Amateur Radio Stations are sending “Traffic Lists”, WX Warnings in the tradition of the Coastal Stations of old for CW Practice sessions on a regular schedule. The format for sending these is first to announce them on one of the QSX / Calling Frequencies, e.g.:
CQ CQ CQ DE CALLSIGN CALLSIGN CALLSIGN [TFC LIST]* QSY# (Frequency in kHz) =
*: Or “METEOMAR”, “WX WARNING”, “MEET MORSE”, “CW PRACTICE” etc.
#: QSW indicates the frequency that will be TX on (but normally not listened on), QSY indicates the frequency that will be sent on and also listened on. QSX indicates a listen only (RX) frequency
Some may opt to send “QUA” or “QNS” (for a list of stations that checked into a particular NET) instead of “TFC” in the announcement.
QTC: if the traffic list is for stations for which you are holding Radiograms (Telegrams)
QUA: if the traffic list contains a list of callsigns received from logs of stations that had QSO of Quality i.e. with a meaningful exchange of information such as honest report, QTH, OP, ANT.
QNS: if the traffic list contains a list of callsigns that checked into the net listed during the current month, e.g. QNS ZLNET ZL1AB ZL1CF ZL1VY ZL2AB ZL2AGY ZL3SM ZL4QD <AR>
If the list contains a mix, it might be a QUA list, but those for whom there are also telegrams can be /QTC after the callsign added, those who were checked into a net.
Some may send each callsign once only, others repeat each callsign twice.

Stations will announce if they are ready to take calls after the traffic list with QRU? or QUA? or QSL? If the station ends only with <AR> they are not taking calls on this occasion, but could be called at other times on one of the QSX / Calling Frequencies.
If you want to send QUA information to one of these stations, they would be grateful to receive it.
If you want to also send a Traffic List, even without being added to the official Schedule on this page, for practice or ad hoc, you can simply use the above format to announce on one of the QSX / Calling Frequencies then QSY to another frequency and send the list of QUA you have collected from your log and/or merged with QUA lists you have received by listening to other TFC Lists.
Ideally, we will create a relay chain of stations around the world, who tune in to other TFC lists within range, and merge these with their own TFC lists.
It is up to each Station operating a TFC list as to whether their lists contain only recent, a week or the current month, or the past month as well as the current month data.
By listening to traffic lists, you will get an idea of active quality CW operators who have been in QSO with a real meaningful exchange such as honest report, name, QTH and more, and who have thus been included in a QUA list which has ended up being broadcast in one or more TFC List.
These operations are good practice for CW sending and receiving, each having their own speed or style e.g. whether callsigns are repeated twice or not, sent by perfectly spaced keying or a bug, and are also excellent opportunities to make use of QSX/Calling Frequencies and increased activity.
